Cloud City is the product of diverse influences and the desire to play hard hitting progressive jazz-funk in the Nation’s Capital. Stringing together varied influences such as Snarky Puppy, Forq, Tauk, Vulfpeck and Lettuce, Cloud City’s genre bending aesthetic spans funk, neo-soul, blues, indie-rock, hip-hop, afro-beat and jazz.
