Beer is a perfect example of something that is greater than the sum of its parts. We expected this Oat Cream IPA to be delicious, but over the course of its development, it truly blossomed into a thing of beauty. Idaho 7, Citra and Sabro hops lend rich notes of mango, tangerine and lemon that radiate from the glass, while the addition of oats and a pinch of lactose contribute a velvety smooth body. Oh boy, did this baby ever Glow Up.
